However, sustainability performance can be influenced by various external factors beyond our control, and past performance is not indicative of future results.
FMV Industrial Infrastructure Fund I (FIIF I) qualifies as an Article 6 fund under the EU Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation (SFDR). Sustainability risks—defined as environmental, social or governance events that could cause a material adverse impact on the value of an investment—are integrated into the investment decision-making process. These risks are assessed alongside other financial and operational risks during due diligence, but the Fund does not promote environmental or social characteristics and does not have a sustainable investment objective.
Principal adverse impacts on sustainability factors are not currently considered at the fund level due to the current limitations in available data. This policy will be reviewed periodically in line with regulatory developments and industry best practices.
We encourage stakeholders to review our ESG risk approach or contact us for more information about our sustainability practices.general.counsel@fmvcapitalpartners.com
